Community Bulletin Board Policy
Please read the following information before filling out the form below
 
Anderson Community Television (ACT) provides a Bulletin Board as a public service.  The purpose of the Bulletin Board is to inform the public about upcoming events and to give general, factual information about non-profit organizations.
ACT’s Bulletin Board is available to organizations, institutions, government agencies and ACT producers to announce and/or publicize their events or programs. 
Please submit your message at least two weeks prior to the event. Messages will run as a free service to Anderson Township residents on Anderson Community Television community access channels when other programming is not being cablecast.   Non-dated general messages run for 30 days from their start date. Announcements will be posted within one week of submission.
 
Please note that due to our station's non-profit status, we are unable to post messages with editorial content, advertising material or solicitation of funds designed to promote the sale of commercial products, services, trade, business or persons including public or political parties, ballot issues or lobbies. We will not publish material that is obscene, illegal or designed to defraud the viewer or designed to obtain money by false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises. Additionally we are unable to post information concerning any lottery, gift, enterprise, or similar scheme, which offers prizes dependent in whole or in part upon lot or chance and consideration, or any list of the prizes drawn or awarded by means of any such lottery, gift, enterprise, or scheme whether said list contains any part of all of such prizes.  Non-commercial enterprises are excluded from this.

The undersigned applicant agrees to accept full responsibility for program content submitted for cablecast.  The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Time-Warner Cable, Anderson Township Trustees, Anderson Community TV, their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from liability, legal fees, and other expenses incurred as a result of cablecasting this message.  The applicant recognizes that ACT is to maintain, available for public inspection, a record of all persons applying for use of cable channels and agrees that this application may be used for such record.  False or misleading statements made in this application are grounds for forfeiture of the right to use production equipment and present programming or community messages on Time-Warner channels, plus other remedies in law or equity which may be available to Time-Warner, Anderson Township Trustees, and Anderson Community Television.
